CESN prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

The service was good overall, slight delay on part delivery (7 days) but I guess its the manufacturers who control part availability
But very professional through and through
