CESN prides itself in helpful and friendly customer service. We repair between 200 to 300 TVs and DVD units in a month, therefore our business model is based on volume rather the price. But that does not mean we sacrifice on our customer satisfaction.

Service was good, professional and transparent but it did take 3 days for the repair as a part had to be ordered.
